Sea Horse House ID - FH126 This property is advertised as a ‘private escape’ it is anything but with permanent renters and their guests also at the property. The windows of their bedroom look directly into the bathroom. Would not have booked this property had we known it was shared accommodation. We are incredibly disappointed with the misleading and false advertising that this was a full property to be rented - be warned this is a shared property. Great booking experience, very accomodating to my families needs for our last minute holiday. Called the office to clarify something and the girl I spoke to was lovely and very helpful! The property was beautiful as well, Will book again for our next coastal holiday!
I just called today (09/02/2021 at 9:30am). The most unpleasant lady answered the phone. I have used this website plenty of times with my friends and we never had a problem. But today this lady treated me with upmost uninterest. Sorry, but when I want to book a 1000 dollars per night house you can not treat me with the rude maners you demonstrated. One less client
We have a large and pet friendly house in Torquay which is available for rent on several platforms, including GOR. But we have had only one booking from them for almost 3 years, and several hosts in the area, previously with GOR, have told us the same. Evidently their business is suffering from the newer platforms, (and they have their favourite hosts to look after too.)
