I practice relaxation/meditation 10 minutes every morning and I can say this was the most effective group relaxation/meditation session I have had the pleasure of being apart of. Along with all the props being supplied the stand out were the blue tooth head phones supplied which allowed you to fully immerse yourself in the session with limited outside noise.
