Beware of New Smyrna Beach, FL property manager and vacation rental company "Great Oceans Condos and Homes". Great Website that makes them sound so professional, but a reality check of broken promises of what should be expected with the condo rental. They use a tactic of nameless group text pool for reporting any issues with whomever picks ups the message. Great Oceans Condos, a very poor property manager and vacation rental company in the New Smyrna Beach FL area for condos and homes. I had to leave my monthly rental early in January of 2023 and am greatly relieved to be in Hilton and Marriott brand hotels for the remaining Winter weeks in Florida. Take Pictures and Videos, call the county sheriff if necessary.
