The customer service at Great Oaks Bank is second to none! When I call them someone always answers on the first or second ring and it is usually Mrs Nancy and she's never let me down! The other banks that I have used in the past would rarely answer the phones locally and I would mostly get a call center out of town or state to give me the run around.
