So much fun.
Came out to repair my new Electrolux dryer. Not yet a year old.The drum wouldn't tumble more than 2 shirts at a time. I contacted Electrolux for service and I was scheduled for Wed. The owner called me on Tues. and asked me if he could come out and take a look at the dryer to see what parts it may need. He also stated that he would fix it if he had the parts that day. Number disconnected
I called in warr service on 12/9/16, was scheduled with Rick, The owner of "Great Oaks" for 12/13/16. He never showed up nor called. The following day he calls, Made the appointment for 12/14/16 after 1 pm. I called him at 220 pm and he pretty much told me that he really doesn't need my business, and hung up on me! Very un-professional and rude!
