Got out of work to go to my appointment today and was told there's no appointment for me , even though I had the nhs text message from them with the correct appointment time/date. They said i could make another appointment but then they told me to go to A and E ? But 1. Its not an emergency 2. It's an old accident that has developed into a different pain. AVOID!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!!! Absolutely impossible to get an appointment here. Terrible booking system where you have to just keep calling back every day at 8am and usually at 8am on the dot or 8:01am there are at least 50 ahead of you in the queue. Staff have also lost multiple samples here.

They're good the only issue is waiting on the phone line and using the call back features, because by the time it gets to your turn there's no space available to book appointments. I've called 8am on the spot, waited 30/45min on the line and been told sorry no space available. Except that they're great people and better than most clinical place I've been to.
