We could not be happier with our experience. The owner, sales manager and all the staff were so helpful and amazing. They took the time to answer every question and help with every aspect including taking us out on the water to explain everything in detail. Just a wonderful business all around!

I have been looking at upgrading my boat and am interested in FW. Phil has been nothing short of spectacular. He is attentive, personable, responds to texts and emails and has been a pleasure to work with. I want to thank the guys, Billy, Jimmy, and Jason, at Great Oak Marina for their exemplary customer service. I brought my boat in on Fourth of July weekend with three problems. They repaired those and found two other problems that I was not aware of. All the repairs were made, and I got my boat back in less than a week! Thanks guys!!
