They cancelled my policy less than a month after it began because I sell at the local farm market and claim that if I get people sick, it's on them. Even though in Oklahoma, the food freedom act allows this. They snooped onto my social media and found a post of my trying to sell a handful of items and used that as their excuse. I called up there and spoke to 3 different people and got nowhere. Now I filed a complaint with the insurance commission. Do not do business with these people. they are crooks.

Trying to be a new client then they don’t answer you back. Not worth the hassle tracking them down. Other people want your business more.

I've been a client for 9 years and after doing research learned every 6 months when paying in full I should have received a discount of over $50. That's $100 a year for 9 years that I have lost due to there poor customer service, if they really cared about their clients than they should have realized this or given me the option. When I called they said they cannot give me any back pay but will give me the option on my bill moving forward. I am extremely disappointed and I would never suggest this business to anyone.
