I called to get quoted business insurance and I would have been happy to wait, but I was told I would be sent a questionnaire shortly. A week passed by and I was at risk of losing a contract because of the delay. I called several times to follow up with no call back, and finally , I did reach marty , but he told me that I can take my business elsewhere. I prefer meeting who I work with in person, but due to my busy schedule, I worked with Jeff over the phone. Jeff is very professional, and helped me find new insurance within my budget.
