I was going to give us 4 1/2 star because the other company that came out found a leak that your company missed however, I decided to do a Five star review because on Monday, July 13, 2025 Austin came out and crawl back underneath my home and fixed the leak is very polite and professional. Great Northwest Installation Company has the best office staff; they are very professional and caring. The technician, Austin, was amazing. He explained the ductless water heater we purchased very well and did a wonderful job installing it. After the installation, he took the time to show us how our water heater worked. Great Northwest Installation Company is the best. We are glad we called this company and had them come to our home. I highly recommend them to anyone. I would rate them a 10 and give them 100%.
Great Northwest Installations did a wonderful job replacing my old natural gas water heater with a new hybrid electric one. They were here on time, installed the water heater and power supply in a clean and professional way, and were very helpful in explaining the features of the new water heater to me. They were also excellent at communicating with me from start to finish. I recommend this company.
I highly recommend Great NW Installations!!, they installed a heat pump water heater on one occasion and we were so impressed by the knowledge and workmanship that when our main drain was clogged we called them again. The care and concern, the workmanship, and Steve's effort to make sure we understood all aspects of the process was much appreciated.
