A really great experience from start to finish — Steve was extremely detailed and thorough in his overview, made himself available leading up to the actual job for questions we had, Rowen kept us in the loop throughout the planning stages, and when the time came for the actual work, Austin and Tim were extremely professional, and nice guys to boot.
Highly recommend Great Northwest Installations. Mallerie patiently sent us estimates for all of our options. Tim switched our gas hot water heater to an electric unit and put in a new toilet. He was efficient, professional, and neat. Our Rheem water heater had a manufacture defect and needed to be replaced (under warranty) within 2 months. Rheem sent a different plumber who was going to charge us $350 for additional items they said we needed. So I called Great NW Installations to get their opinion. Hello I am very satisfied with the company that came out great Northwest the guys were very professional and polite. I was going to give us 4 1/2 star because the other company that came out found a leak that your company missed however, I decided to do a Five star review because on Monday, July 13, 2025 Austin came out and crawl back underneath my home and fixed the leak is very polite and professional.
