Great NW Animal Hospital used to be a great place to take my dog, but as they have grown, the quality of service and customer care has declined, especially in the last year. We were with them from 2015 to 2024. The final straw was when they dropped a much-needed appointment which was made more than 30 days in advance, and they wouldn’t accommodate a long-term client due to their mistake. New client to see Dr. Loretta. Dr. Ehrlund was very thorough in treating and diagnosing Willow.
Very friendly and nice staff. Treated my puppy with a lot of love and care definitely going back.
I have been coming to this animal hospital for 15 years I have never had an issue with anyone the staff is very patient and friendly and they do very good work on my dog I would highly recommend Great Northwest Animal Hospital
Last visit here was for our aging and ailing dog...I thought she going to gave to be put down. But a routine check by Dr Ehrland showed our dogs condition to b less life threatening than originally suspected. The vet doc and her staff were outstanding in salvaging what was thought to be a very saddening visit and turned it into a happy and promising extension for a beloved pet. Thanks again for all their good work. Greg R
