This company is a RIP OFF! Stay AWAY!!! They'll take your deposit and never follow through! Make promises about install dates and then deny it. Don't do business with them!!
I called the office yesterday and the girl who answered the phone was not very pleasant. Very poor phone skills. She was very standoffish and got very defensive when I asked what her name was. This is a very poor representation of the company she works for. It is common practice and courtesy to always identify yourself when answering phone calls. I don't know if she is a relative of the owner, but regardless, she needs further training.
Great windows, installation work was done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Delivery was delayed, thanks covid. Definitely recommend them and will be ordering again ourselves.
We had a new door and patio door installed last year and were very pleased with both door and installation workmanship. We elected to get another door this year. Doorplex doors are expensive but excellent quality. The same installer came this year and again he did a great job even though both old doors involved extra work. He was courteous and cleaned up well after work was done.Thank you very much Vince and your installation crew !!
Compare the highest quality warranty on their windows compared to ANY other brands and your decision should be easy. Lifetime warranty covers GLASS, hardware, vinyl etc and is TRANSFERABLE to the next owner like your children etc. We ordered 9 windows for our cabin renovation and after doing our own installation they are flawless. They installed one of their new doors in our home.Timing and scheduling was no problem especially since we did our own work.We would absolutely recommend them based on our experience.
