We hired them to insulate our attic. Contract was a top up to R60, but after our energy audit was done we learned they only filled us up to R50. Additionally, they said they would "build up" the attic hatch framing to make room for the extra insulation. When I opened the attic hatch, several inches of insulation fell into my home because they didn't attach the extension; it just sits on the existing hatch loosely. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Monish and Ashley did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, protected the floors and walls with plastic, were very professional, and delivered a great end result. They worked fast and were very friendly too. I strongly recommend Great Northern Insulation and the Monica/Ashley team.
