Great experience from start to finish and excellent communication from the whole GNI team. Appreciated the info and ease of getting the rebate for completing our attic insulation. Highly recommend!
We hired them to insulate our attic. Contract was a top up to R60, but after our energy audit was done we learned they only filled us up to R50. Additionally, they said they would "build up" the attic hatch framing to make room for the extra insulation. When I opened the attic hatch, several inches of insulation fell into my home because they didn't attach the extension; it just sits on the existing hatch loosely. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
