Where to start… Sales was amazing, scheduling was amazing, crew was good other then spray foamed one of the cold air returns completely shut. Then came the overspray, several staples left behind, the mess left to clean up and the scratches in the hardwood. GNI did a professional job from start to finish! We are very happy and have noticed a difference in the overall heat distribution within our house! Just on the phone (my first call/before visiting), Jason explained the various options for insulation, what the installation team does, associated costs and R values. Had our attic insulated by GNI and very impressed with the work done! My only issue is the miscommunication between the office, sales, and workers. There were discrepancies in what information was relayed to me about the job and timing. However that aside, the job was done well, pricing was reasonable, and we noticed a significant difference in cooling since the insulation was done! Thank you for everything.
Tim, AJ and Michael attended my house to insulate my basement, walls, and to seal my attic hatch. They were all amazing workers. They were punctual, respectful, informative and patient. They went above and beyond to assist in situations that I could not resolve, such as working around the laundry appliances that I should have but could not move.
