We had some basic work done by GNI, bringing our attic insulation up to code, and a few other minor things to make our home more efficient. All in all we have no complaints, the quote was done quickly and professionally, they made a prompt referral for the energy rebate program, and we had no issues with the work itself. I spoke with this company over the phone to schedule a quote, they were very upfront about my one and a half story house not yielding the results I was looking for when insulating the upstairs/"attic" crawlspace area. They said that they able to do the job for their minimum payment of $1500 but without a full gut of the space it wouldn't make enough of a difference to justify the price. They may not service my area, but I have called on two occasions and never received a call back. I got some information from a Costco representative. That was one of my calls that I made. And I live in a neighbourhood where I see one of their trucks. I’ve talked with the gentleman and have never received feedback. If I haven’t been home, he would have just had to leave a note to Say. He was here.
GNI were here today to add insulation to our attics. From their salesperson (Bill), accounting (Jason) to the gentlemen who did the work today, very professional! They were informative, polite and keep the work areas tidy, cleaning up after the work was completed. They were punctual and quick to respond to our questions and needs.
