RecommendedI can’t express how happy we are with Great Northern. We love our new hot tub!! We took on the challenge of building the kit ourselves and the customer service we received during the process was second to none. I will recommend them to every one I know who is in the market for a hot tub.
We purchased a hot tub Oct. 2019. May 7 we emailed for service on our heater. We were told to take it apart ourselves, meaning electrical and plumbing, and bring it in. Really? May 20 we called and were told "I'm too busy taking care of new customers to service old customers".
