Kevin answered his phone when we called (just after 5pm), which we appreciated. He was great to take his time to talk us through products & options. He was eager to assist, polite and very good communication/follow ups! We will definitely use him again in the future & continue to refer his business to others

I highly recommend Great Northern Heating. Kevin almost always answers his calls directly. He replaced by old defunct heat pump promptly within the stated time frame and kept to the quoted price. The site was left tidy.
