I was directed to Great Northern Heating and AIr because the original contractor who had installed our Fujitsu mini split system had retired. Thank God I met Mark (owner), Mike (head technician) and Matt the installer. They diagnosed my problem and worked with Fujitsu Corp. to remedy my problem. It required a completely new system and they were able to get Fujitsu to step up and warrant the problem.
