Absolutely terrible experience working with Great Northern Granite. Multiple sinks destroyed, installers tried to not haul away though paid for, project delayed weeks, etc. I was told by their project manager, Karen, after they botched the template for sink and backsplash that I should be grateful they were able to accomplish anything. Apparently they don't know what they are doing because this same project manager also told me that their fabricators basically guess when it comes to cutting the stone for sink cuts.
