Drs don't take mental health into consideration dr desilets really needs to listen to her patients and not tell them bc they were seen days prior that they dont matter and to wait a week what can happen in that week? This is why with mental health people dont reach out and commit suicide drs need to do better!!
Me and my daughter both see Dr Morency and he is great! We always get quick appointments (within a few weeks which with the doctor shortage around here is pretty impressive to me) and have never felt judged and always makes sure our concerns are addressed that day or as soon as a follow up appointment is available. He really seems to go out of his way to make sure patients are getting the care they need. Dr alexander is amazing, dr lachapelle too. but the front desk lady didnt know what she was doing and was crap talking other patients, so if you see the one with glasses and dark hair good luck EDIT: never go here if you have the opportunity to go somewhere else. my daughter had to deal with Mean girl doctors and receptionists. Her doctor did not care at all about my daughters problems and ended up having to go to a specialist hours away. turns out she has debilitating endometriosis. I had the misfortune of dealing with 2 of their so called doctors. Very dirty healthcare. Good luck if you go here. It’s safer to go elsewhere.
Amazing Family Health Team, offering multiple services and practitioners for all their clients (respiratory therapists, mental health services, occupational therapist, and more, all within the clinic). Each of the General Practitioners (GPs) that I have interacted with are kind, caring, supportive, and knowledgeable.
