Thanks Matt Scoble for your review (!) and thanks Augie for indirectly helping me too. I had the exact same problem as Matt and was also able to successfully reset my heater.
I would give Augie and team 5 stars and they didn't even send someone out to our place! Our in-law unit had an issue with a wall-heater and even though Augie had no one free immediately, he offered us a tip to check a reset button--which did the trick! He was super helpful, very informative and I wouldn't hesitate to call Augie back for a second.
Incredible electrician team. They are the best in our area and have been so responsive, trustworthy, and dependable. I wouldn't trust my home, my family with any other electrician!
