I bought a lot and had GNE build a home for me. This was 4 years ago. Four years later and I am very happy with the house. They finished 2 months early! I had a very positive experience working with the staff. Any issues I had they were very willing to work with me to remedy them. I always get so many compliments on my home.
This review should have been made 15 years ago when these guys built our house. Now We are downsizing, and moving on. We love our house and every custom detail about it! As sad as we are to be selling, we are filled with pride that the house is solid, excellent quality, and sound. Every inspection ( after 15 years) yielded high marks. The guys at Great Northeastern are approachable and accommodating every step of the way.
We have had two homes built by GNE. Our first was 2001 and it was one of their stock plans that we needed to modify slightly. It was our first time building a new home and they walked us through each step of the process. They did not pressure us nor did they rush us at any point. The house was completed on time and as expected.
