The worst I have ever dealt with. They became too big, and they became careless about customer service. I have been with them for the past 10 years at least and now they asked me to call a place in Nebraska to deal with them instead of their local company in Fargo. ND. I am switching to a different local agency.
Angie did an amazing job helping me with my home and auto insurance, making the process easy and stress-free. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about finding the best coverage for my needs—I highly recommend her!. I WOULD NOT recommend Doug H to anyone! HE did not meet my expectations. My experience lacked the professionalism and support I was hoping for, making the process frustrating and disappointing especially around the holidays. 3 star review because of Doug.H
I visited with Jon Hanson to compare my current policy with a couple he pulled up. He was a great help, explained things clearly, and treated me with respect. I did end up keeping my current policy, but will definitely come back to him if I ever switch.
