Eric & George were highly responsive, professional and thorough in repairing our roof. We had leaks into our newly constructed sunroom. They quickly found the problem, provided options for repairs and completed the work as quickly as the weather allowed. They communicated all throughout the process, including pictures of the issues and of the fix. All in all we’re thankful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
I highly recommend Eric and his team from Great North Construction. They did an excellent repair and installation of new roofing on my home and provided guidance along the way. They were quick to respond to my request and were courteous and respectful throughout the project.
I contacted Great North Construction recently for an estimate on a roof repair to an old 2 storey farmhouse. Eric set an immediate appointment to have a look and provide an estimate. He was very pleasant, courteous, and professional and prompt for the appointment. He showed up with his Dad, George, who had the same attributes. We are very pleased with the quality of work of our new roof installed by Great North Construction. They were very flexible when we asked for extras (bathroom vents) to be done. The daily clean up was much appreciated. Eric is very accommodating with prompt responses. Great team.
