The organized ladies the clients loved that made this bank work are no longer working at this bank. The new management team and tellers are completely unorganized and shady as can be. I called a month before my debit card was due to expire to see if I can get a new one. The man on the phone Gunther I believe his name is said he'd get back to me. He did not. I ended up calling back to learn that he had ordered(without my say so) and delivered, but not to me. So now here I am, a month out after ordering my 2nd card with it st... read more
