My experience is mainly with Amy K. Very nice person. Returns calls promptly, efficient with paperwork for investments and explains details. Great Nations offers the best rates I've found locally.
Not very nice people. Refused to cash a check written from their own branch. No apologies and also no reasons as to why. I inquired about opening an account and he gave me a weird look and said no. So.... yall suck
The organized ladies the clients loved that made this bank work are no longer working at this bank. The new management team and tellers are completely unorganized and shady as can be. I called a month before my debit card was due to expire to see if I can get a new one. The man on the phone Gunther I believe his name is said he'd get back to me. He did not. I personally know Monica Coffman and she is the reason I have followed her to every bank that she has worked, Always kind and giving the extra mile. Great Customer Service and helped me get my home loan
