Came in because my car's TPMS light was on. Frank did a quick inspection which showed that one of my tires' sensors was dead. He took care of it quickly and promptly!
Very good service. They were quite busy, so waited for 3 hours to fix the tire.
Frank is great. I had a screw on the tread. I went to Big o in Livermore They didn't want to patch it. I went to Frank who has been so fantastic over the years and he looked at it as totally patchable. He knows I'm frugal. He always finds me the milestar snow in my tires which have been fantastic. But a fantastic place. fantastic waiting area. easy walk to the Great Mall if you need to kill time during the service.
Quickly diagnosed a slow leak and got it fixed on the house. Thank you and we will be back again when we are ready for new tires!
