We were customers for 7 years. Our account was originally with Ideon, which got bought by them. Apparently being a customer with them that long doesn't keep them from throwing out our production dies without even a note about it. We asked for a quote at the beginning of the year, they gave the quote and didn't say anything about our dies being already gone at that time, or even when we decided to delay the order, then they finally told us when we asked to move our dies to another company. Don't bother, go on line. They don't want to help you. The guy on the phone was incredibly condescending and had no intent on helping out. Oh and double check your spelling before posting signs on your door.
