I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Great Lights Electric. They did business with our organization, and I requested a refund on February 13th, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any resolution. The customer service has been unresponsive, and I’ve been left with no clear answers or timeline for when the money will be refunded.
