First of all Dr Khan is by far the best doctor I have ever had. His demeanor can come across as dismissive but once you get past that his duty of care is second to none and if it wasn't for him I would not have got a very serious diagnosis and the correct treatment so for that I'm eternally grateful. Dr Khan, the nurses and one or two receptionist (especially the young lady with the headscarf she's brilliant) are fantastic but there's one newish receptionist who I don't recognise by voice and she's absolutely shocking. Worst gp ever always don’t answer the phone just says no one there to answer the phone????!! What actual gp surgery is run like that I’m going to look for places to report this surgery cause this is getting out of hand.
