I was on a tight timeline for my window install and GLW Exteriors was able to adjust their schedules to meet my needs. The owner Kevin came over on a Sunday afternoon and we had a short discussion and he took measurements. There was no high pressure sales at all. Kevin replaced a sliding door for us and the job was done quickly and the door looks great! He was able to provide a few options to match the color our condo association required. Communication was smooth & the process overall was very easy. Would recommend!
Kevin and John were excellent to work with. GLW isn't some big company that has crazy high prices to pay for marketing and a ton of staffing. Kevin has been running this company for many years based on word of mouth and I am happy to join in and say how great GLW was. We purchased 24 Great Lakes windows for our replacement windows over 20 years ago. We had them installed by a local company. Their warranty is for life. Over the years, we’ve had the gas in only 4 windows fail and they sent replacements Immediately. I promise you when I say the windows still look and work like new today! They are the only windows I would ever recommend. They are the best purchase I’ve ever made! Sincerely, Tim Burt
