We purchased 24 Great Lakes windows for our replacement windows over 20 years ago. We had them installed by a local company. Their warranty is for life. Over the years, we’ve had the gas in only 4 windows fail and they sent replacements Immediately. I promise you when I say the windows still look and work like new today! They are the only windows I would ever recommend. They are the best purchase I’ve ever made! Sincerely, Tim Burt

This company replaced the windows in my home a few years ago.. In January I contacted them because a seal had broken on one of my windows. They found my warranty info, took my information and said it would be 8-12 weeks. It has now been over 20 weeks and I have not heard anything from them. I have called them on 3 different occasions and no response.
Great product and great installation. However, response times are sometimes an issue.
