My wife and I have had the good fortune to be accepted as patients by Dr. Uwah! He is a knowledgeable, thorough,friendly and caring doctor with a great sense of humour. Staff are excellent despite being in a very busy clinic! Booking online is easy (once you are registered) and no waiting on hold or for a call back to book. Referrals are made before you leave the office after a visit! We need more like him in the area!
First Off I will like to say this may be the kindest, most efficient, down to earth medical office I have ever been blessed to meet. My Mom is 81 yrs old and has had no primary care Dr for 6 years. She has used this as awalk in clinic, for some time now. I have been more involved as my Moms needs a bit more help, I live in Toronto. Well equipped Staff is super nice On-site patient handling and follow ups are taken care of with utmost brilliance
My go to walk in clinic whenever my kids doctor is not available! They are very caring, don't always push you to get medicine if they feel it's not needed (unlike most doctors who just want that commission from big pharma) and they are genuinely the quickest walk in, if they are having longer waits you can get a text reminder for your turn! I also use them for myself as I don't have a personal doctor and they work fast to get any referrals in for me for any and all testing I've needed.
I showed up to the clinic at 3:30pm and they close at 5pm. Even though the receptionist had a sign up stating they aren't accepting patients she spoke to the doctor and he agreed to see me. The doctor is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my prescription at the pharmacy attached to the clinic within 10 mins of dropping it off unlike the bigger pharmacy chains. Overall an amazing experience from the moment you walk in to the min you walk out the door.
