Dr. Stepnik and her staff have done an amazing job treating our Jebediah. They have been on top of his thyroid and dermatology needs even when his reaction to treatment was not always what was expected. Communication has always occurred at an optimum level in regarding lab results and the plan moving forward. The staff have also done a great job in understanding his reactivity to other dogs and knowing that he needs some space when entering and leaving the facility.
I can’t believe this place doesn’t have thousands of 5 star reviews yet. Dr Stepnik is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She is one of the only vet dermatologists in WI. She is so nice, draws diagrams and explains everything. All of the other staff are so nice and welcoming as well. We bring our one dog here and now will be bringing our other dog here. Truly so grateful Dr Stepnik and this practice/business exists!! Absolutely improves the quality of life of so many pets.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my cat has received at Great Lakes Veterinary Dermatology. After numerous attempts at treatments that seemed to lead us in circles, we were feeling hopeless and ready to give up. That’s when we found Dr. Stepnik. Cannot say enough good things about this place! My pup tends to be anxious at the vet but was very comfortable here during his appointment. All of the staff is so kind and helpful. Dr. Stepnik is amazing and has been so communicative while we’re dealing with my pup’s recent issues. We’re feeling really supported by and appreciative of the people at GLVD!
