Stay away from this place. Poor customer service, no phone calls and charge for everything. They care nothing for the animals. For them it’s about the money

I brought my cat to Dr Stepnik because of chronic ear infections. Anytime I called to make an appointment, I was sent to voicemail. It took almost a week to get a response from her office to make an initial appointment. Mind you- I had to send an email to finally make an appointment. Thankfully, my cats issue was not urgent, so I wasn’t worried at the time and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward to her initial appointment. I adopted my senior bully mix about seven months ago, and he’s had a long list of dermatological issues—food allergies, environmental allergies, chronic MRSP‑resistant ear infections, and benign growths along his face and ears that were surgically removed.
