I brought my cat to Dr Stepnik because of chronic ear infections. Anytime I called to make an appointment, I was sent to voicemail. It took almost a week to get a response from her office to make an initial appointment. Mind you- I had to send an email to finally make an appointment. I adopted my senior bully mix about seven months ago, and he’s had a long list of dermatological issues—food allergies, environmental allergies, chronic MRSP‑resistant ear infections, and benign growths along his face and ears that were surgically removed. Dr. Stepnik definitely knows her stuff. After many inconclusive diagnoses for my dog's skin issues, I didn't know what else to do! Then we saw Dr. Stepnik and she immediately knew what was wrong and able to diagnosis him that day. I'm very grateful we were able to finally get my boy taken care of and much more comfortable! The rest of the staff and the facility were also wonderful!
