I have to say that Amy is absolutely amazing!!! This place would not be running w/out her!!! She does everything she can to help out! Very caring, thoughtful, heart of gold, and very professional!!! This place is extremely lucky to have her!!!! Thank you for making my experience a great one!!!!
Amy is the most rude non empathetic person I’ve ever spoken with, for someone who works with mental health services you think that they’d be more kind with their patients or at LEAST understanding. I agree with every negative review on here. Stay away.
Update: Still going here (basically no other option), but they seem to have gotten their act together. I don’t know how they are for active therapy, but as far as medication management, I have found them to be convenient and relatively well organized in recent months. The ability to have phone appointments with my provider is great and saves me a ton of time. Basically they now act as I would expect from a professional medical office. Original review: Zero stars.
