These folks may do good work however they must not want additional work. I know 4 different people that have called for assistance and these folks do return calls, don’t answer the phone and just don’t seem to care. At least return people’s call out of respect even if your to busy to take on extra work. There is never a second chance to make a first impression and I know 4 people plus my company that Great Lakes Stair has made a pretty poor impression on.
