My first day of outpatient physical therapy for bilateral total knee replacements today. The building is clean, bright and has modern exercise and therapy equipment. Very upbeat vibe.
Stopped by here after aggrevating an old injury to get one of their free injury checks. Was able to get an appointment right away which is very helpful when you're unsure of your injury status. They did a thorough check and even gave me some suggestions for some other tendonitis I have been experiencing. Everything checked out o.k. Just some bruising thankfully, and I was able to get back in action a few days later. The trainer followed up with me a few days after my appt. to see how I was doing which I really appreciated.
