This is, without exaggeration, the single worst medical facility I have ever dealt with. Great Lakes Sleep Medicine manages to combine breathtaking incompetence, indifference, and outright disrespect into one miserable package. This place is awful. I went in because I believed I had sleep apnea which was starting to effect my whole life, personally and professionally. I got my in-lab sleep study done, which was fine and it came back that I have it, really severely at that. I was brought in to go over the next steps, which would be a titration study and ultimately a CPAP machine. I was excited that this was finally getting taken care of. And then, nothing. Dr. Stefadu is very kind and patient. He did a wonderful job explaining things simply so I could understand what was going on. Treatment has definitely improved my quality of life.
