Alexis in Customer Service was excellent!! Had an issue with an order, two right side panels in box instead of a set with a left and a right. Alexis immediately resolved the problem and sent out a set of the opposite side and we had them next day!! Thank You!!
I have bought items from Great Lakes Skipper for the last 5 years and have always been satisfied with their service and selection. I needed a Stainless Steel Ladder for my Harris pontoon, and Sean helped me select the one that would fit the curved back deck. I would recommend them for you boating needs.

Unethical company. Sent me the wrong part, then tried to charge me a restocking fee and wouldn't pay return shipping. Prices aren't even very good. Not worth it.
Never again! Purchased a tach, installed in December however wasn't able to test for several months (winter time). Knowing Faria had a 3 year warranty while Great Lakes had 3 months didn't care about the 3 mo. warr. The second time I took the boat out the tach quit working so I call Faria and they asked me to look at the build date on the tach, I was surprised as the build date was 9 years ago therefore they would.t cover under warr. 5 Stars. Every time I call, everyone is so helpful. Shawn helped me again today to find the parts I needed. What I love is he takes the time to find the right part even when it's a older boat. Never once have they not been able to help me. Love this place. Thank you Shawn for making my life easier.
