Had another company come out said I was cleared out. 2 weeks later I was backing up again. I read the reviews for great lakes sewer and decided to give them a shot. They went in my backyard went out 100 feet with a camera and were 100 percent upfront with pricing and did a thorough job. I won't use another company for my sewer now. They recommended every 2 years clearing out roots from my clay pipe. The first company said I had a crack in the sewer allowing roots to come in and that's wasn't the truth. We had a frozen sewer pipe last winter and Great Lakes came to our rescue. It was frozen and roots. We live on the side of a hill and Cody and team made no complaints bringing down the big equipment. Upon clearing the pipe pictures were taken and decided some of the casting had issues. Now forward to September...we dug up the pipe to find a 3" tree root that was pressing down on the root.
