5 stars!! I was quoted $2k+ for a job that was done for less than $500. I am so grateful for Cody and the rest of the team down at Great Lakes Sewer and Septic. I don’t feel cheated and I wasn’t getting talked into paying more than what was necessary. My options from the other company were $2k, $7k, $14k, $19k, $24k, and $30k and those were apparently deals. These guys were amazing! We had a problem with one of our drainage trenches that caved in. We called them and the next day they came out to access. They told us what needed to be done and quoted a price. Three days later, they came out and completed the job within 2 hours. The price ended up being way lower than estimated and they saved us over $1000. Will definitely use Great Lakes Sewer in the future! Highly recommend for all sewer/septic needs! Thanks guys! You did an excellent job.
They were able to come out within 24 hours for an emergency septic pump job IN THE WINTER, the team sent out to me worked very hard and thorough using a pickaxe to bust through the frozen dirt, had another tool I hadnt seen used before to break up the solids, and even scraped the sides and bottom out. There is no one better to call for drain issues than Great Lakes. Seriously the best. Friendly, intelligent, and actually cares about the customers not just the job. Great people, don’t keep searching, you found your answer, just call them!
