Weird that you guys let a homeless man live in your establishment in a truck urinating and defecating everywhere…while people are paying you to store their belongings. Why should anyone pay you when you allow things like this.
I just recently moved out of my unit that I have rented since 2021. Customer Service has always been great, the facility was always secure and kept up with. After moving out, they had 30 days to send me my deposit and I got it back in three days. I have nothing but good things to say. 10/10
