The owner and staff of Great Lanes Segway are doing a great job at answering my questions when they come up, and they want me to be satisfied with my purchase. Dave has been very helpful in trying to find a solution to fix my son's Segway scooter. He has ordered parts and provided us with a drop off location. Repairs haven't happened yet, but if their technicians are as good as the customer service we've received so far, repairs should get my son on his way successfully.
