Dave has been very helpful in trying to find a solution to fix my son's Segway scooter. He has ordered parts and provided us with a drop off location. Repairs haven't happened yet, but if their technicians are as good as the customer service we've received so far, repairs should get my son on his way successfully.
The folks at great lakes Segway are very knowledgeable. They have parts and accessories at great prices and great tech-support.
