had my transmission heater done on my 2014 ford excape which was leaking in my driveway spent $520 to bring it back 4 days later with the same leak in the same spot and now they want to tell me it's my quick disconnect hoses that you've that Great Lakes took off to get to the heater and now are broke but don't wanna pay to fix it buyers beware ,they try to charge me again to fix there screw up. Bought 2 vehicles from Great Lakes. The 1st blew an engine. The 2nd blew transmision. Paid $14000 cash. Couldn't talk to owner. He suddenly was unavailable. Would never do business with them again.
A big shout out to Great Lakes sales and service for rescuing me with the loaner car last night!!!! The 10-year-old minivan was stumbling to a halt on the way to Nikki‘s hockey banquet. A quick call to Great Lakes, and they had the car ready and running for us to make it to the event on time!
