Yea, I know: shredding three boxes of old financial records ought to be a non-event, not worthy of posting a review. This transaction, however, deserves a FIVE STAR REVIEW because it was efficient, professional, easy, friendly and even a bit fun. Beyond all that, they accommodated my watching my documents being shredded, a process that was both necessary and surprisingly cathartic.
Recently had shredding done here. Was quoted one price, but was charged another. Still very reasonable price.
I was notified that they just raised their monthly Minimum Billing from $30 to $50. That's a 66% rate increase. I'll be closing my account as soon as possible. I was told it was due to increased operating costs. Nobody's operating cost go up 66%...except if you use Great Lakes Record Center.
