In my opinion, if you are looking for a commercial property valuation, go somewhere else. We own a fuel station and auto dealership. They appraised the property as a rural repair shop, basically giving the value of a dirt lot! Incompetent is being kind. Don't waste your time with this outfit. Not a SINGLE fuel station comp was used, even though our gas station is about 3.5 years old (COMPLETE OVERHAUL WITH PHASE 2!!!!) Zero diligence in my opinion.
