Noah was fantastic! I had multiple questions over a couple months time before purchasing. He always took his time and was never pushy. He answered all questions and did some comparisons for me as well. When it came to shipping the item, there was an issue with the carrier (No fault of Noah's or Great Lakes Radiant).
