Noah was fantastic! I had multiple questions over a couple months time before purchasing. He always took his time and was never pushy. He answered all questions and did some comparisons for me as well. When it came to shipping the item, there was an issue with the carrier (No fault of Noah's or Great Lakes Radiant). I highly recommend buying any heater from great lakes radiant. Noah was my salesman who has also helped with every step of the way. I made several phone calls with help on installation and Noah was more than able to help guide me during then entire process. Very pleased with the customer service, pricing, and product.
We bought a radiant system from Great Lakes for our 50x100 shop. Noah was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was extremely responsive when there were questions. Highly recommend Great Lakes!
