You go to set an appointment online the first thing they want is your credit card. I waited to find out what my co-pays were and they stated on the website never heard back from anybody but they did try to Bill my card thank God it was locked
A little nervous and anxious about my first session. However by the end I was relaxed and hopeful, definitely the right decision! I am well pleased will my therapist VaLisa ☺️
Listen to the negative reviews about them canceling. Book an appointment then days later an hour before the appointment they call to cancel. When said I wanted an appointment as soon as possible they offer one for days later. I can't get over the fact that this is a mental health facility and they cancel one hour before!!
Highly recommend!
