Have cancelled multiple appointments without giving me any reasons. Including one that was within 24 hours of the appointment, yet I'm sure I'd be charged if I did that. Awful, stay away

Before yall start cancelling appointments because someone was less than 10 minutes late, have Apple properly label your building. It was my first ever therapy appointment and because the buildings are labeled wrong on Apple Maps, I kept being sent to the wrong one. I find it ironic how a therapist can lack understanding. 0/10. Would provide 0 stars if I could.

The scheduling process was rather simple for the first session. Everything except the bill afterwards was very unorganized. The appointment with Tenna Harris after one session was VERY judgmental and unhelpful. Passing judgment about a person after only one session is unrealistic. 1 hour. After which I thought, well let me try this again. When I showed to the appointment I was informed she had an emergency and I needed to reschedule. No new appointment time. She had a client that needed immediate attention. I guess I didn’t.... read more
