Had Ben as my counselor and his phone went off several times last session prompting me to cancel all sessions and find a new place to go immediately.
Went here for marriage counseling. We got here about 15 minutes early and signed in. Our appointment was supposed to be at 1pm, it is 2 pm now and we still haven’t gotten seen. My husband had called about half an hour ago to make sure we did even thing right as it’s our first time here and they said yes and that is was marked that we were currently in session with our therapist, which was wrong cause we were still in the waiting room. Half an hour later still no one. We just left. We will find somewhere else to go.
Therapist constant cell phone notifications were very distracting.
They should be ashamed of rescheduling and canceling appointments on the day of, with no explanation, just a text an hour before you were supposed to be there. Do not recommend this place as they dont value their patients mental wellbeing or time.
Have cancelled multiple appointments without giving me any reasons. Including one that was within 24 hours of the appointment, yet I'm sure I'd be charged if I did that. Awful, stay away
