Found these guys 5 yrs ago on accident when I was looking for a Used CVT so a customer could sell their jeep. I have had only ONE warranty claim out of about all units they have built for my shop. That was a CVT (Nissan can't Build it right in the first place so I give Grace to a company that Remans and betters a POS Unit.) This Warranty claim was handled with a Phone Call. I have nothing but good things. Bought 3 units in the last month. Also several Valve Bodies. All have worked great. 1 Subaru VB had a hard shift they sent another unit and we returned the one we had. Great to work with in everyway for a professional shop
My experience here hasn't been a pleasing as the others. We purchased a CVT. The product starting causing problems less than 12 months after installing it, and far less than the 18K mileage warranty. I reported it through the distributor we purchased it through. After a couple months of running us through the ringer of trouble shooting numerous phone calls, emails, diagnotics via a local mechanic, the cost of a rental car, not reinmbursed, they finally replaced it.
