I was at a wedding this weekend where Great Lakes Portables was to be supplying restrooms. Was informed at the wedding they backed out and was uncomfortable the entire night with people having to relieve themselves in nature at 50 degrees. A wedding guest shared her lips for chapped if you know what she means. Would NOT recommend.
We talked to someone on the phone on August 25, had a contract drawn up, exchanged email info. they took the money out of the account for an event on Oct. 1st. Somehow now when we look at bank statements we can’t find that withdraw (must have automatically been put back into the account or it didn’t go through?) They never showed up and never called us back. Unreliable.
I attended a wedding on Saturday that had paid to rent port a potties from this company. I found out that they were never delivered and I had to leave the wedding to use the restroom at a nearby gas station. Worst experience and I nearly wet myself. This company is unprofessional and unreliable.
Great Company with awesome staff that will help when you're remodeling a bathroom or building a house.
