DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. This place used to be my go to pool store. Had them close my pool and paid them cash. Year later, they come back claiming that I didn't pay the bill. They are an absolute scam. They will threaten to send your bill to collections if not paid AGAIN. They are so disorganized that I don't think they know who pays what. I guess if they want to play that game, perhaps CRA should be notified of their under the table cash sales. Anyways, best advice, go ANYWHERE but here. Absolutely horrible. Will never return

I love this pool company. They are always extremely accommodating and do a fantastic job opening and closing my pool. Trish is the best to deal with. She is super knowledgeable and very pleasant. Thank you for all your hard work.
