Had an amazing experience! We struggled to find a fair price during a super busy pool season and Great Lakes Pool & Spa came to the rescue. They were quick and did an amazing job and the price was more than fair! We are so happy we were able to enjoy a pool this summer and would recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again for everything!
Had this company install an above ground pool in 2019. The next year upon opening we noticed wrinkles in the liner. Their excuse was because the pool was in the sun. When we continued to push for them to fix it, they promised to come and look at it but never would. As the wrinkles continued to get worse (the second summer with the pool), we called another company who installed a new liner because there were numerous pinholes. Worst place ever. I was a new pool owner they came to open and close my pool first yr the next year to open they came and i was losing water asked them why and found out they didn't drain my heater and ruined it had to bypass it and they would not fix it but sent me a bill for bypassing my heater would never recommend this place at all
I hired them to open my pool and the gentleman said parts were missing and that he could only open it so far. He explained that whoever closed my pool likely took them so I had to hire them back. Which should tell you everything about how these employees think. It's not a bug, it's a feature. Fast forward, and he came back with the parts, I would get a bill for them, 50.00 approx and I paid the 200.00 cash for opening my pool.
