We contracted with Kevin last July to have our liner replaced after a large hole ripped at a party. Our pool is a free form in the true sense of the word...there are zero consistancies and there is a safety ledge around the deep end. Everything is round and the shape is kidney. This is a horrible company that screwed me over and I was gullible enough to believe him!! Promised the pool would be done in 3 weeks a year ago and had to hire a different company to finish it! Unprofessional is their game! When he did return phone calls he yelled at me and hung up on me because I confronted him and asked them to fix the light they broke in my pool! Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Their excavator had 3 beers that he left in my yard. They dug a hole in our yard without having pool panels, and then didn't hear from them after numerous calls and texts for 5 months. Pool dig was crooked, off by 8', and over-dug in shallow end, and under-dug in the deep end... has to be completely redone. Kevin Bishop is not trustworthy and then blamed all the mistakes on me as homeowner. Did not refund money for the excavation. Absolute con artist! Hires people off craigslist who have almost zero experience. Totally botched this job refuses to help, ignores my calls and texts. I now have to hire ANOTHER company to come fix the liner that leaks, wrinkles, PVC plumbing is hack job AND the pool is not level! Oh an the dirt is now my problem too! So furious! And now I have to take him to court which is more of my time and money. I completely regret paying in full before the job was done.
